We offer tracked shipping on all orders to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Canada, USA, International:
Free tracked shipping on orders $99 CAD and up using promo code FREESHIP
Flat rate calculated at checkout for orders under $99.
We currently ship through Sendle, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the most efficient route to your location. We are currently avoiding shipping with Canada Post due to the potential strike situation.
taxes & duties
If you are ordering outside of Canada, please note that your country may charge additional customs, duties, or import fees upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our offerings, all tea sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, as they are considered food items and cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
However, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. If your package goes missing in transit, please contact us at connect@mereluna.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking or replacing your item when applicable.
